The PCI Express riser card by Delock can be plugged into any PCI Express x1 sloton the mainboard. The PCI Express board can be mounted at a different position in the housing. This allows up to three PCIe cardsto be operatedin a single PCIe slot on a motherboard.

Crypto mining and resource sharing
The computing power of up to three graphics cards can be used in one PCI Express x1 slot.
This allows the computing power of the graphics cards to be shared via a cloud for research projects such as Folding@Home. Furthermore, the riser card can also be used for mining cryptocurrencies.

Note
The scope of delivery includes a USB 3.0 riser cable with a length of 50 cm. No USB signals are transmitted via this cable, so it is not possible to replace it with another or a longer cable.
