This USB 2.0 to serial adapter from Delock offers a standard RS-422 and RS-485 connection for measuring devices, POS systems, printers, modems, IoT devices etc..

The terminal block is suitable for mounting in PC housings and for any solderless cable connection with RS-422 or RS-485 interface.

Optionally, external devices can be supplied with 5 V voltage via the terminal block.

  • Connections: Adapter: 1x USB 2.0 type-A plug, 1x serial RS-422/485 D-Sub 9 pin plug with screws; terminal block: 1x serial RS-422/485 D-Sub 9 pin socket with nuts, 1x 6 pin terminal block
  • Terminal block: T/R+, T/R-, RXD+, RXD-, GND, VCC
  • Chipset: FTDI FT232R
  • Data transfer rate up to 921.6 Kbps
  • RS-422/485 terminating resistor: 120 Ω
  • Cable length incl. connections: approx. 1.8 m
