This converter by Delock allows the installation of a M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD with Key M or a M.2 SATA SSD withKey B in 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 format. When using an NVMe SSD, the converter is connected to the U.2 interface, when using a SATA SSD to the SATA interface.

Suitable for 2.5″ bay The converter can be inserted into a 2.5″ bay of a docking station for HDD / SSD.

SSD installation without tools The special feature of this converter is that no tools are requiredto install the M.2 SSD. The SSD is inserted into the slot and secured to the board with a rubber nipple.

Good cooling
A connection to the inserted SSD is established on the top side, which is made of metal, via a heat conducting pad on the inside. This ensures good cooling of the SSD.
