This SATA cable by Delock is used for the internal connection of various SATA devices, such as hard drives, controller cards or flash memory. It complies with the latest standard and supports a data transfer rate of up to 6 Gb/s and is backwards compatible with the previous SATA versions, whereby only the respective transfer rate can be achieved. Additional locking when connecting the cable is made possible by the metal clips on the connectors.
