This magnetic cable from Delock is suitable for connecting e.g. smartphones, iPads, storage media etc. with USB-C™ interface to systems with Thunderbolt™ 3 port. The accompanying USB-C™ magnetic adapter is designed so that it can remain in the socket of the device and prevents wear on the socket as well as serving as dust protection. If required, the cable with the magnetic side can be connected to the adapter at any time. In addition, the angled shape makes it easier to reach the USB Type-C™ socket even in hard-to-reach places.

When using the adapter, it can be connected to the likewise magnetic interface of the cable via the magnetic opposite side. The magnetic force supports a secure connection.

Visually and qualitatively, the adapter convinces with its noble aluminium housing; this makes it particularly robust, light and durable. The spring contacts (pogo pins) guarantee high functional reliability with a very high number of cycles.

Note: The connection can be disconnected if the cable is subjected to a strong tensile load.
