The Eurotronic COMET Z-Wave Plus thermostat is an energy-saving controller compatible with the Z-Wave wireless standard. With this controller, an energy-saving component can be added to the Z-Wave Smart Home network.

Depending on the mode, the energy-saving controller can be used as a heating thermostat or act purely as an actuator when the control is deactivated. The temperature measured by the internal sensor or the position of the valve drive can be reported back to the corresponding gateway (note compatibility) via Z-Wave.

Equipped with FLiRS (Frequently Listening Receiver Slave), the energy-saving controller reacts to incoming commands (for example, temperature changes) with a particularly short latency.
