The VARIA wallbox enclosure is made from a modern 4 mm polycarbonate plastic sheet. This universally applicable material is characterised by its extremely high impact resistance and UV resistance. The high light diffusion has an anti-glare effect so that neither people nor animals are dazzled. In addition, the wallbox enclosure can be cleaned with water in no time at all.
As with all VARIA products, the focus here is on durability. In contrast to the extremely impact-resistant polycarbonate plastic sheets used here, acrylic glass, which is often used in other products, can develop hairline cracks in heavy hail, which drastically reduce its service life.

The scope of delivery includes almost everything you need to install our wallbox enclosure:
– 1x wallbox canopy
– 2x wall plugs (Ø10 – 50 mm)
– 2x hexagon head screws with Phillips head and washers
– 2x metal mounting brackets
– 1x spirit level for key fob
– 1x drilling template with operating instructions and QR-code for the installation video
– 1x Phillips screwdriver (PH2)
– 1x open-end spanner (10 mm)

All you need is a drill with a suitable drill bit and a hoover or a cover film to protect the wallbox. The spirit level supplied is a practical everyday aid once the wallbox enclosure has been installed. You can attach it to your key ring, for example, so that you always have it to hand.
The acrylic glass surfaces are covered with a protective film to prevent damage during transport or installation of the wallbox enclosure.
