Easy direct connection to a router with integrated DECT base (with or without CAT-iq 2.0) in order to make phone calls in the usual Gigaset premium quality also IP-based.
Registering handsets directly on the router is becoming increasingly popular: Gigaset HX Universal handsets work with both routers such as the Fritz! Box and routers according to the CAT-iq standard – eg. with the Speedports Telekom, the Homebox 2 of O2 or the TP-LINK routers – excellent together. This makes them predestined for the VoIP telephony of routers. The models in the new HX series offer discerning customers who value telephony design, quality “Made in Germany” and functionality an alternative to the system handsets of the router manufacturers.
