Two-part rack frame

The two-part 19″ rack frame is suitable for the installation of heavier and larger components. During the development process, we paid particular attention to simple construction, installation and maintenance.

Product details
– High structural stability: The vertical profile rails ensure a high load-bearing capacity and stability of the rack frame.
– Castors, levelling feet, castors and feet. Castors, levelling feet: Preparation for mounting castors and levelling feet. Levelling feet are included in the rack frame accessory pack.
– Stabilisation kit; This is retrofitted to the base of the rack frame (note: THIS MODEL IS ONLY IN TWO PARTS). It increases the stability of the entire unit if extendable components, such as servers, are installed. The stabilisation kit is part of the rack frame accessory pack.

Description, use
– The 19″ rack frames are used for the installation of components in designated rooms.
– Frame construction: demountable, bolted metal parts, the 19″ profile frame can be set up directly on the floor or with the help of levelling feet or castors (The levelling feet or castors are not included in the scope of delivery). (The levelling feet are part of the accessory pack.).
– The minimum application thickness is 65 μm.

Operating conditions
– Operating conditions:Indoor areas, the rack frame is not intended for outdoor use or under conditions that could have a negative impact on its function and that of the installed components (e.g. environments with explosion hazards). e.g. environments with a risk of explosion or damp and wet rooms).
– It must be protected against: mechanical damage, improper handling, use other than that intended for the rack frame.
– Improper handling means in particular:overloading (exceeding the recommended maximum load), installation of equipment that may adversely affect the operation and functioning of the frame or installed components, interference with the frame structure and its design.
– When using the RAX-MS-X81-X1 castor set for direct mounting on the frame (the frame is 108 mm higher), a total load capacity of 450 kg, including the weight of the enclosure, must be observed.
– When using the RAX-MS-X47-X1 castor set for direct mounting on the frame (the frame is 155 mm higher), a total load capacity of 900 kg, including the weight of the enclosure, must be observed.
– To ensure stability, at least 65% of the load must be installed in the lower half of the frame.
– When moving an equipped rack frame, the relevant standards must be observed*.

Mounting the rack frame
– To ensure the recommended maximum load and stability, the load must be evenly distributed between the front and rear beams.
– The frame must be mounted on a level base. The frame must be set up on a level surface; any minor unevenness can be levelled out using the levelling feet.

Environmental protection
– All parts are made from recyclable materials. They must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations after the distributor has been decommissioned.

This product complies with ČSN standard EN 60297-3-100 : 2009 (IEC 60297-3-100:2008).

* The load capacity of the castors applies to a speed of up to 4 km/h on a flat and smooth surface at an ambient temperature in the range of 10-30 °C. All dimensions, load capacities and tolerances comply with the following standards: EN 12527-12533, DIN 7845.
** Total weight of the distributor = dead weight of the cabinet + installed accessories + installed technologies. Load capacity of a roller = total weight of the distributor / 3.
