Compared to conventional RJ45 connectors, this patch cable coupling has an additional screw housing and is therefore resistant to weather influences in outdoor use, such as moisture, dirt and UV radiation. The sturdy housing protects the patch cable coupling from mechanical stress and is designed for use in environments with temperatures from -20°C to +68°C.
