With the IP68 outdoor patch cable coupling, you can connect two patch cables with each other and thus easily extend your patch cable. The patch cable coupling is designed for outdoor and industrial use, so that you can temporarily connect your network components to the Internet or network outdoors, for example in the garden, on the terrace, on the building facade or when camping. When not in use, the unused RJ45 socket can be closed with a cover. Furthermore, this patch cable coupling can also be used as a feed-through coupling. Use the patch cable coupling to connect, for example, the network cable of your surveillance camera, your TV and many other network-compatible devices to the Internet or your network. The fully shielded Cat.6A RJ45 patch cable coupling is 10 Gigabit-capable.

Compared to conventional RJ45 connectors, this patch cable coupling has an additional screw housing and is therefore resistant to weather influences in outdoor use, such as moisture, dirt and UV radiation. The sturdy housing protects the patch cable coupling from mechanical stress and is designed for use in environments with temperatures ranging from 0°C to +70°C.
