This RJ45 patch cable extension can be used with all conventional devices with RJ45 interface, such as computers, notebooks, DSL modems, routers, switches, game consoles, televisions and many more. The patch cable is double shielded with additional shielding of the wire pairs. This makes it 10 Gigabit-capable, suitable for your fast DSL connection. The patch cable is of course downward compatible with old devices and installations of the categories Cat.5, Cat.5e and Cat. 6. RJ45 plug with RNS®: The RJ45 plug has a latching nose protection (RNS®). This prevents the locking lug on the top of the plug from bending away. The wire pairs consist of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC). This enables an increased signal transmission of the cable.
