The highly flexible and halogen-free SmartFLEX Cat. 6A patch cable with effective latching nose protection (RNS®) is up to 10-gigabit capable and therefore suitable for all network connections. Connect your PC, TV, notebook, game console and many other network-compatible devices to the Internet or your network without any problems, even in hard-to-reach places.

Thanks to SmartFLEX technology, these patch cables are highly flexible compared to conventional, quite stiff LSZH and PVC cables. The special composition of the halogen-free TPE cable sheath enables very small bending radii and thus facilitates the installation or laying of the cables in the network. In addition to the higher flexibility, the cables of the SmartFLEX series are also characterised by their mechanical resilience and long durability compared to standard cables, especially in applications where the cable moves (e.g. in industrial applications or moving mounts).

The conductor of this patch cable consists of 99.99 % oxygen-free copper (OFC). This high-quality cable construction enables optimal signal transmission and higher breaking strength of the cable. For perfect signal transmission, the RJ45 plugs are shielded and equipped with 50 µ gold-plated copper contacts.

The snap-in lug protection prevents the snap-in lug on the patch cable plug from bending away. This makes broken lugs a thing of the past!

The S/FTP shielding (PiMF) of the cable and the shielded RJ45 plugs ensure a consistently high and loss-free signal transmission.

Compared to PVC cables, the Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable sheath causes only very low levels of toxic fumes and smoke development in the event of a fire. This makes the cables ideal for indoor installation – they are mandatory in public areas.

The Cat. 6A SmartFLEX patch cables are downward compatible with Cat. 6 and Cat.5e. This means they can be easily integrated into existing installations.
