The patch cable is of course downwards compatible with old devices and installations of categories Cat. 5, Cat. 5e and Cat. 6. RJ45 plug with RNS®: The RJ45 plug has a locking lug protection (RNS®). This prevents the latching lug on the top of the plug from kinking. The wire pairs consist of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC). This enables increased signal transmission of the cable.
