On the surface, the new Chateau is very similar to its predecessors. We had a fantastic 5G and LTE18 launch with our partners at LMT - the leading mobile operator in Latvia. Our Chateau has replaced the usual brands - and customer satisfaction has skyrocketed. Most users appreciated the better speed and stability, as well as the wealth of useful RouterOS features and overall flexibility. Not to mention the sleek look that fits anywhere from traditional homes and luxury residences to modern office and corporate environments.
The next obvious step in the Chateau series was perfecting the wireless features. With the Generation 6 802.11ax wireless standard and support for Wave 2, Chateau 5G ax candeliverunprecedented speeds. Compared to the previous generation, the speed is up to 40% faster in the 5 GHz range and up to 90% faster in the 2.4 GHz range! We have made massive improvements to the radios and antennas. Chateau 5G ax supports MIMO 4x4 on 5G and LTE. There are 6 inbuilt LTE/5G antennas. One pair of external antennas provides even better wireless network coverage in the largest homes and the other for improved LTE/5G connectivity.

With speeds like these, the connections had to be up to the task. We kept four Gigabit Ethernet ports and added anadditional 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port. Not forgetting the USB port, whichcan be very useful for storage purposes.
The modern quad-core 1.8 GHz CPU combined witha solid GB of RAM is very powerful when it comes to complex firewall rules, IPsec hardware encryption, using multiple threads or experimenting with advanced RouterOS features. And with the added support of advanced WPA3 encryption, you are more secure than ever before.
