This optical converter has the task of capturing an optical TV signal (1100...1650nm), processing it and restoring the original satellite and terrestrial TV signals to deliver legacy or dCSS signals on its 2 RF outputs.

Thanks to its optimised electronic behaviour and low losses, it is possible to reduce the number of amplifier devices required and simplify its use in community installations, while maintaining signal quality from start to finish. In addition, it is suitable for use in GPON installations and fits perfectly with dCSS solutions.

This device is part of the Overlight system, which distributes satellite and DTT signals to multiple users via a single optical fibre.
