Gigabit Throughput on Every Street
The EtherHaulâ„¢-600 series delivers up to 1 Gbps in a form factor that is small and robust enough to be installed at street level on poles and light fixtures. With the EH-614, Siklu offers a model that can cover both the lower and upper parts of the 60 GHz V-band, covering 11 GHz of spectrum in a single product. When operating in the upper 60 GHz part of the band, distances can be achieved that are up to 50% greater than when operating in the lower bands due to the lack of
oxygen absorption.

Interference-free operation and scalable use
The unlicensed 60 GHz V-band spectrum avoids interference that typically occurs in unlicensed bands through a combination of means. With 7 to 9 GHz allocated globally and 14 GHz in the US and UK, there is ample spectrum for massive, dense deployment. The V-band is also characterised by pencil-thin beams, meaning that a small amount of separation is often enough to allow aggressive frequency reuse of the 14 non-overlapping channels at full capacity.

Rugged carrier-grade construction
The all-weather, IP-67 sealed radio guarantees carrier-grade performance even in the harshest weather conditions. This product is designed to operate in temperatures from -45°C to +55°C and has been used around the world from Siberia to Texas. Carrier-class specifications are supported by an MTBF measured in decades, not years.

Streamlining operations with Carrier Ethernet and synchronisation
The EH-600/614 both feature MEF-compliant integrated Carrier Ethernet switches. This helps to rationalise operations with configurable service-oriented QoS, bandwidth management and OAM. For mobile operators, optional integrated timing synchronisation with Sync-E and 1588v2 ensures smooth performance over packet-based backhaul networks. With an integrated switch, customers can avoid additional boxes, power supplies, etc. and not only utilise the Layer 2 features, but also be powered via a PoE output on the radio.

Easiest installation and management
Virtually any installer can deploy the EH-600/614 with very little training or experience. The physical installation from opening the housing to enabling data traffic can take as little as 15 minutes using the pre-configurations loaded into the radio. Once installed, advanced configuration is possible via an intuitive web GUI, while additional services can be activated remotely from a NOC. An IPERF integrated TCP and UDP load tester and spectrum analyser simplify commissioning and troubleshooting.

Exceptional value
With minimal deployment costs and virtually no maintenance, the EH-600 series minimises total cost of ownership (TCO) and provides a return on investment (ROI) often measured in months, offering an unbeatable price/Mb. The EH-614's wide frequency support lowers TCO with less inventory while benefiting from the extended range that can be achieved with the upper 60 GHz spectrum.

Field-proven technology
EtherHaulâ„¢ is the world's best-selling millimetre wave radio. Tens of thousands of devices are already in use and operate reliably in difficult weather conditions around the globe. The EH- 600/614 features Siklu's integrated all-silicon technology, which increases reliability while reducing size and cost. The result is a radio with a small form factor, a proven MTBF of 90 years and unbeatable price/throughput.
