This sturdy metal removable frame by Delock can be installed in a free 5.25″ slot of a PC using the enclosed frame. It is also possible to use the removable frame directly in a server rack or 19″ storage enclosure.
Fast replacement of SSDs
Thanks to the special mechanism, the SSDs can be replaced quickly and easily. For example, data backups can be removed and stored in a safe place.
Slot with lock and spring
The removable frame has a key lock to ensure that only authorised persons can remove the hard drive. The sturdy metal support has springs on the top and bottom to minimise vibrations.
