This DisplayPort switch by Delock can be used to connect a high-resolution 8K monitor with two DisplayPort inputs. The two inputs can thus be switched between two connected PCs. Alternatively, two 4K monitors can also be shared between two connected computers, for example.
The button on the device or the remote control can be used to switch between the DisplayPort devices. The output is dual mode capable (DP++), so an HDMI or DVI monitor can also be connected with an appropriate adapter.
The distance between the source and the DisplayPort switch should not be greater than 2 m at a resolution of 8K @ 30 Hz.
