This splitter by Delock receives a DisplayPort signal from a PC or notebook and splits it to two connected monitors. Thus, two DisplayPort monitors can be operated on one DisplayPort connection.
Multi-Stream Transport (MST)
The product is a Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub and supports the extended desktop configuration of DisplayPort. Under Windows, the connected monitors are controlled individually and can be combined into one large display.
Dual Mode DP++
The outputs are dual mode capable (DP++), so HDMI or DVI monitors can also be connected with the appropriate adapters.
