More than waterproof and portable, the S1 is a type of high-precision digital temperature and humidity indicator (thermo-hygrometer). You can either check the data in real-time on your smartphone via the BeaconSET app or you can connect the sensor to a wireless network, so it can upload temperature and humidity data to a server.
