Compared to its predecessor RP2040, the RP235x:

– 520KB RAM (up from 264KB)
– 8KB on-chip OTP memory
– A comprehensive security model based on Arm TrustZone for Cortex-M
– Significantly improved power efficiency
– 2.4GHz wifi
– Bluetooth 5.2

Raspberry Pi Pico 2 combines the RP2350 with 4MB of inbuilt QSPI Flash memory (compared to 2MB on the Raspberry Pi Pico) for code and data storage.
