Turn conventional lighting into smart with the Tapo S210 Smart Switch – a one-way switch. Switch the lights on and off with voice commands or control them with your phone. The switch is powered by 2× AAA/LR03 batteries with a lifespan of more than a year, so you can indulge in smart living without having to run new cables around the house or replace your current light bulbs with smart ones. The switch communicates wirelessly with the control panel using the 868 MHz frequency, which is necessary for the switch to function correctly. The switch has its limitations in terms of total power, which is limited to 600 W LED or energy-saving lighting or 50 W fan or 1000 W for a conventional light bulb or energy-saving fluorescent lamp.

Works in almost any house or flat
The Tapo Smart Switch does not require a neutral conductor. It is not necessary to switch anything as with classic “dumb” switches. Conventional smart switches require neutral conductors to operate. 90% of families need an electrician to do the wiring to install a new switch.
