The last metre: You have already laid a patch cable in your rooms, for example behind shelves, under laminate or behind skirting boards. Until now, the length to your device was sufficient, but after rearranging the furniture, the existing cable is no longer sufficient. You are missing the “last metre”. Instead of replacing the entire patch cable, simply connect a patch cable extension of the right length to your end device.

Protect your device: Use this patch cable extension to protect the socket on your notebook, for example. If the patch cable is frequently plugged in and out, it is not the socket of your notebook that is stressed, but the socket of the extension. This eliminates the need for costly repairs to your notebook.

The patch cable is double-shielded with additional shielding of the wire pairs. It is therefore gigabit-capable, suitable for your fast DSL connection. The patch cable is of course downwards compatible with old Cat.5 and Cat.5e devices and installations. RJ45 plug with RNS®: The RJ45 plug has a latching nose protection (RNS®). This prevents the latching lug on the top of the plug from kinking. The wire pairs consist of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC). This enables increased signal transmission of the cable.
