The new PUCK range from Poynting offers a small profile antenna for use in the IoT/M2M, Smart Meter, Smart Utilities, Transport, Marine and Agriculture/Farming markets. The PUCK-2 consists of a 2-in-1 antenna system in a single housing and features 2x2 MIMO 5G/LTE antennas that provide broadband coverage from 617 to 6000 MHz, covering the current LTE/4G and 5G bands for a future-proof implementation. The ultra-wideband performance of the mobile antennas enables deployment across multiple operators and technologies and is ready for future mobile technologies up to 6 GHz for 5G applications. The PUCK outperforms many competitors due to the careful design of this high performance antenna. The radiation patterns of all radiating elements provide an excellent balance between omnidirectional characteristics, pattern diversity and good radiation properties at the desired height, which is often overlooked in such a small antenna. Despite its small size, this antenna offers excellent performance, especially in the higher frequency bands where performance is critical for 5G and LTE throughput and link stability. This antenna is designed with both 5G/LTE ports connected to the router/device to ensure the best performance.
